Breanne

Chef Breanne Butler was fortunate enough to know at a young age that she was destined to be in the kitchen. Originally from Detroit, she put herself through culinary school while still enrolled in high school. She then started working at one of the busiest bakeries in Detroit before she moved to New York City in 2011.

Breanne started working a Rouge Tomate, a Michelin starred restaurant on the UES, and became Pastry Sous Chef in less than two years. When the restaurant closed in 2014, Facebook NY recruited her to become their Pastry Chef. After a year and a half there, she left to start her own business "by Breanne" which focuses on her love of fashion and pastries.

Breanne has been working at Hudson Table since they opened, and loves being able to pass along her passion and knowledge to everyone that walks in!
